Armed robbery, Burpengary - Armed robbery, Shorncliffe - Fatal traffic accident - Wilful exposure/public nuisance arrest, South Brisbane

| Armed robbery, Burpengary: Just before 9pm last night, four men held up the Caltex Service Station on Old Gympie Rd, Burpengary. During the incident, one man smashed a crowbar on the counter, while a second man, armed with a knife, threatened the attendant and demanded money. The third man stood over the counter and yelled at the attendant while the fourth remained at the door. The men obtained a sum of money and cigarettes, before heading into bushland. The offenders are described as being of Caucasian appearance. One offender is approximately 18 years of age, with brown hair and was wearing a black t-shirt with “Ford” on the front, dark grey long shorts and dark shoes. The second man is approximately 17 years of age, of proportionate build with brown hair and was wearing a white cap, light coloured button up shirt with a collar, navy shorts, white joggers and a wrist bracelet with beads. The third is approximately 17 years of age, with brown hair and was wearing a red cap, a grey tracksuit top with black stripes on the sleeves and shoulders. The fourth is approximately 17 years of age with brown hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, light grey shorts, a handkerchief over his face, white joggers and gloves. |
