Officer stood down over alleged policy breaches
A Queensland Police Service officer has been stood down from duties following a complaint in relation to an incident on or about April 26.
The complaint relates to alleged serious breaches of policy associated with a breath test operation which indicated that a person was over the limit but was not charged.
The general duties constable from North Coast Region will undertake plain clothes activities in a non-public role while the investigation by the Ethical Standards Command and the region is undertaken.
