Cyclist fatal, Townsville: A man was killed around 4.15pm today after he was struck by a truck. He was hit whilst riding his bicycle at the intersection of Cross St and Ross River Road, Mundingburra. The truck driver was uninjured. The man died at the scene.
Missing Person Josef Tabi, Wilston: Police are searching for a 84-year-old man last seen this afternoon at Heather St, Wilston. He was wearing a long sleeved blue chequered shirt, blue jeans, brown sandals and a green baseball cap and is described as 165cm tall, average build and a fair complexion. He speaks with a strong Hungarian accent. Police are concerned as the man has diabetes and does not have his medication. If anyone sees the man, they are requested to contact police on 3364 6464.
