Marine incident, Tallebudgera Creek
A 49 year-old man was transported to Tweed Hospital after a serious marine incident on the Gold Coast this afternoon.
Around 12 noon a ski boat ran over the man’s legs while he was swimming in the creek at Tallebudgera.
He sustained major lacerations to his legs from his toes to his groin area.
Gold Coast Water Police are investigating.
