All the highways in the Innisfail District are open with the exception of the road block on the south side of Cardwell. This road block is to prevent drivers being stranded at the roadside (without services) on or near the Cardwell Range waiting for the Seymour River in the Ingham area to drop and the highway to reopen. Identified local traffic only can pass this road block.
