Update Road Closures Brisbane

Police wish to advise that due to the recent weather cell police are working with the community responding to a large number of road closures and flood related tasks.

The public are urged to exercise careful driving techniques on the roads and if possible restrict non-essential travel.  Please be aware of water hazards and pot holes on the roads.?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

Motorists should exercise patience and expect delays as police are receiving reports of extensive traffic and public transport congestion.

 

Please be advised that recreation in flood waters and attempts to cross flood waters on foot or by vehicle can be unpredictable and dangerous.

 

Key road closures are located at:
