Armed robbery, Ormeau
Police are investigating an armed robbery at a tavern on Pascoe Road at Ormeau this morning.
About 12.30am following closing, staff members were confronted by two men, one armed with a knife and the other a handgun.
The men forced staff members to open a safe and have stolen a large sum of cash.
The men then fled in red 2005 Holden Commodore.
Both men are described as being approximately 186cm tall; wearing balaclavas, dark coloured long sleeved hooded jumpers and gloves.
