Rape charge, Gatton: A 39-year-old Tooowoomba man was charged with two counts of rape yesterday after he allegedly assaulted a woman this month. It is alleged the man assaulted the woman at a private doctor’s surgery at Gatton on October 12. He is due to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court today. Police are appealing for anyone who may have any information on similar incidents to contact Ipswich CIB on 3817 1365 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Break and enter charge, Bundaberg: Two men, a 26-year-old from Bundaberg and 21-year-old from Maryborough, have been charged following the break and enter of two pharmacies at Bundaberg West on October 15. It is alleged the men entered the Coral Coast Pharmacies on Burrum Street and on Bargara Road between 9pm and 11.30pm and stole drugs and cash. They were both charged with two counts of enter premises. The Maryborough man is due to appear in the Gympie Magistrates Court today and the Bundaberg man in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on October 30. Investigations are continuing. 

Burglary charge, Salisbury: A 24-year-old man has been issued a notice to appear in the Holland Park Magistrates Court in relation an alleged burglary of a Moorooka home overnight. It is believed the man was located by police when they were called to a bicycle crash on Evans Road in Salisbury around 10.15pm. The man was allegedly located in possession of property believed to be stolen. He will appear in the Holland Park Magistrates Court on November 11 charged with one count of burglary.
