Morning Round-up Second Edition

Single vehicle roll-over, Camooweal: Five men were seriously injured when their vehicle rolled-over on Urandangi Road, 90 km south of Camooweal. Initial investigations suggest the vehicle was travelling south towards Urandangi when the driver lost control around 8pm yesterday. Two of the men suffered critical injuries. One man was airlifted to the Townsville Hospital and the second to the Mount Isa Hospital. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

Car into house, Morayfield: Police are investigating a single vehicle crash last night on Anderson Road in Morayfield. It is believed the vehicle was travelling east on Anderson Road when, for unknown reasons, it has lost control before crashing into a fence and continuing through it to hit the side of a house. The crash cause structural damage to the low set brick home. The 19-year-old male driver was entrapped and was extricated by QFRS. He has been taken to the Caboolture Hospital by QAS in a serious condition suffering chest injuries. His 19-year-old male passenger was also taken to the Caboolture Hospital suffering facial injuries. The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

Body located, Brisbane River: Police have recovered a body of a man in the Brisbane River this morning. Investigations have commenced to determine if it is that of a man reported missing last night after he jumped from the Eleanor Schonnel Bridge at Dutton Park.
