Robbery charges, Wynnum: Police have charged a number of people over the robbery of a 15-year-old girl in Kitchener Park at Wynnum on November 6. Around 11pm a man and a woman aged 21 and 27, and two 13-year-old girls allegedly assaulted and stole the girl’s belongings.  The man and woman have been charged with stealing and two counts of assault. They are due to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court today. The juveniles have been charged with various charges including assault, stealing, burglary and willful damage. They will be dealt with under the Juvenile Justice Act.

Attempted armed robbery, Macgregor: Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted armed robbery that occurred in the early hours this morning in Carnaby Street, Macgregor. Around 1.20am a man approached a couple and threatened them with a knife demanding money. The couple managed to enter a residence and closed the door behind them. The man was last seen entering a waiting vehicle on Carnaby Street. The vehicle then drove off towards Granadilla Street. The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 180cm tall, slim build and wearing a dark coloured hoodie.
