In both instances a man has grabbed the women from behind, touching them on or near the buttock, waist or hip areas.
The first incident occurred in the car park of the shopping centre around 9.45am on March 25 when a 20-year-old woman was grabbed from behind.
In a latest incident a 40-year-old woman was touched by a man as she walked through the shopping centre around 9.15am on November 12.
The man fled on foot after the woman felt his hands on her body and screamed. Neither woman was injured during the incidents.
The man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, approximately 175cms tall with a solid build and short black hair.
