Robberies, Deception Bay
Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with investigations into two robberies at Deception Bay.
Around 1.15am on Monday a man armed with what appeared to be a screw driver has entered the Coles Express service station on Deception Bay Road and demanded cash. The attendant handed over a small sum of cash and the offender has fled on a bicycle. No one was injured during the incident.
About 11pm on Sunday night a male offender has entered the Liberty service station on Deception Bay Road and demanded money. The attendant has handed over a sum of cash and the offender then fled on a bicycle. The offender did not appear to be armed.
The offender is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early 20’s, approximately 170cms tall with a slim build and dark brown hair. He was wearing a pair of black and white board shorts and a light coloured hooded jacket.
