Stealing, Fortitude Valley

Police are appealing for public assistance in relation to a stealing offence on Friday October 23 last year.

Three men entered a supermarket in a shopping complex in Fortitude Valley just before 5pm. 

Two men have proceeded to the rear of the shop, towards the office area, where one has remained as a lookout while the other man has entered the office. 

A third man has entered the store and acted as a second lookout while the offence took place. 

It is believed a large quantity of jewellery and a significant sum of cash were stolen from the store.

All three men have left the store via different exits and were seen to walk down the China Town Mall and through the Fortitude Valley area separately. 

The first man is described as being approximately 170cm tall, of a solid build, with a dark complexion possibly Aboriginal or Islander in appearance with black hair.

The second man is described as being approximately 180cm tall, of a proportionate build, Asian appearance with a tanned complexion.

The third man is described as being Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, of a prop build, with dark coloured hair.
