Attempted arson charge, Booval Police Station
A man has been charged following an investigation into a fire at Booval on May 18.
It is alleged the blaze caused minor scorching to the front entry of the police station on Cothill Road just after 9.35pm.
The 30-year-old Riverview man has been charged with one count each of attempted arson, stealing and serious assault.
He has been held in custody to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
