Drink driving charge, Hampton
A woman has been charged with high range drink driving at Hampton after a random breath test last night.
At around 6.00pm, police intercepted a vehicle on Esk-Hampton Road, Hampton and breath tested the woman driving. She allegedly returned a reading of .306%.
A 47-year-old local woman has been charged with drink driving and is to appear at the Toowoomba Magistrates court on December 21.
With the holiday season approaching it is a timely reminder to motorists that police are on the roads anywhere, anytime.
