Drugs located, Broadbeach
Police are investigating the discovery of a substantial quantity of drugs in a car at Broadbeach this morning.
Around 10.30am uniform police stopped a car for random breath testing and drug testing on the Gold Coast Highway. Police searched the car and allegedly located a seven and half kilogram package containing what police believe to be cocaine and upon further searching a sum of cash.
Three men are currently assisting police with their inquiries.
Investigations are continuing.
