Robbery charge, Surfers Paradise
Police have charged a man following an incident in Surfers Paradise last night.
It is alleged a 21-year-old Labrador man was assaulted and had his personal property stolen at a licensed premises on Cavill Avenue just before 9.30pm.
The 24-year-old from Surfers Paradise has been charged with one count of robbery. He is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.
