Traffic incident, Clayfield
A 64-year-old Strathpine man is in a critical condition following an incident in Clayfield early this morning.
The man was struck by a car which crashed through the front entrance of a Junction Road newsagency around 5.30am.
He was transported to the Royal Brisbane Hospital suffering serious leg injuries.
There was significant damage caused to the shop structure.
The 65-year-old male driver was not injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
