Update: Police incident, Paget, Mackay
A 44-year-old has been charged following an incident in Paget, Mackay yesterday.
It will be alleged the man barricaded himself inside a business premises on Central Park Drive just after 8am.
The incident ended around 3pm.
The local man has been charged with one count each of extortion, arson, wilful damage and enter premises with intent.
He is due to appear in the Mackay Magistrates Court today.
