Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made in writing prior to 1 August 2009 will receive a full refund, less 10% for administration charges.
  • Cancellations received in writing prior to 8 August 2009 will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations received in writing prior to 15 August 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No monies will be refunded after this time.
