CEO,  Alcohol and Other Drugs Council of Australia (ADCA)

Ms Donna Bull is a Workplace Alcohol and Other Drugs Consultant.  Until September 07 she was the CEO of the Alcohol and other Drugs Council of Australia (ADCA).  In this capacity she oversaw the development of evidence-based policy approaches to the management of alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, and had a key role on national committees and advisory groups providing advice to parliamentarians, senior government officials and other national organisations in the area of AOD policy in Australia.
 
Donna has more than a decade of experience working in the AOD sector in a variety of roles, including program development, client service delivery and policy making.  Her particular interest area is workplace AOD issues, including workplace drug testing.  During the past 5 years, Donna has worked in a consultancy capacity providing specialist AOD advice to the Australian Defence Force, VirginBlue Airlines, and the Australian Taxation Office.  As a consultant, she is making a significant contribution to the design and implementation of the new AOD program for the Australian aviation sector through the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
 
Donna holds degrees in Social Sciences at Bachelor and Master levels.  She is also a qualified and registered Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
