Method of Payment

QPS participants may pay in person or by post. Emergency Services members can only pay by post.

Cheques and money orders will be accepted and should be made payable to: Queensland Police Service.

There is no facility to pay by credit card for these Games.

Cash will only be accepted if paying in person (QPS personnel) and the correct money is tendered. There is no money changing facility available.

Paying in person
QPS employees may submit their Registration Confirmation Form (Registration Confirmation Form|55660|application/pdf 54 KB) together with payment to:

Payment by post
To pay by post, send your Registration Confirmation Form (Registration Confirmation Form|55660|application/pdf 54 KB) together with payment to:

Refunds
No refunds will be considered after 4 September 2009
.  Participants wishing to claim a refund must email their request including details of cancelled sports, events and merchandise to the Games Manager prior to 4 September 2009. The decision of the Games Manager is final.

Receipts
Online:
As soon as payment has been received an official receipt number will be attached to your online entry record. You may access this record by login onto the Games website with your payroll number and password and selecting the “View/Review Registration Confirmation” option.

Emergency Services and retired participants will receive an official receipt by post.
