I hereby indemnify the Games Organisers against liability in respect of any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, penalties and injuries suffered, arising or incurred as a result of or in connection with my attendance at, or participation in, the Games, and whether caused through negligence, default, misconduct or otherwise.
4. I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner and have sufficiently trained for participation in these Games.
5. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable in any event of injury, accident and or illness during these Games.
6. I understand that I may be photographed before, during or after the Games. I agree to allow my photograph, video, or film likeness to be used for legitimate purposes by the Games organisers, sponsors and/or assigns.
7. If the event is cancelled due to floor, cyclone, torrential rain or other ‘Act of God’ conditions, I understand that entry fees will not be refunded after the closing date.
8 I understand that the organisers reserve the right to reject my entry.
9. I understand that by voluntarily participating in these games, I am doing so outside of work time and as such will be excluded under the WorkCover provisions, even though the Games have been officially sanctioned by the Commissioner.
10. I have read the above conditions and will abide by those conditions for the duration of the Games.
