OVERVIEW
Registration commences at 7.30am with a mass start scheduled for 8.00am. The competition will consist of a 300metre swim to be held in the 25 metre outdoor pool and a 2.0km run in an out and back course through and around the Police Academy. The course is to be completed twice.
Swimmers have the option to wear a swim cap. Torso to be covered on run leg. Wetsuits are not permitted.
Individual: 5 year Age Categories
