OVERVIEW
Registration commences at 7.30am with the start scheduled for 8.00am. The competition will consist of a 200metre swim to be held in the 25 metre outdoor heated swimming pool and a 1.0km run in an out and back course through and around the Police Academy.
The team event will commence at the completion of the individual event. One team member will complete a 200metres swim and the 2nd member will run 1.0km .
Swimmers have the option to wear a swim cap. Torso to be covered on run leg. Wetsuits are not permitted.
Individual: 5 year Age Categories
Team categories: Open and 35+
