The Leadership Development Unit of the Queensland Police Service is pleased to present the Executive Leadership Conference 2009: Inspiring Leadership. The success of organisations today is dependent on the quality of their leaders.  The Queensland Police Service is committed to developing strong executive leaders who can effectively lead people, foster innovation and change and contribute to organisational outcomes within the framework of the Queensland Government's Towards Q2: Tomorrow’s Queensland vision for 2020. Conference Participants will have the opportunity to engage with some of Australia’s most inspirational leaders who will provide insights into the important lessons they have learnt and how they have inspired themselves and others to deliver outstanding outcomes. The powerful mix of government, corporate, community and sporting speakers will deliver a thought provoking and highly rewarding experience.  They will challenge delegates to reflect on their own leadership styles and explore the advantage of inspirational leadership within their own organisations. The conference will also provide delegates with a great opportunity to engage with a broad cross section of senior leaders and build upon their personal and professional networks and their organisation’s capacity to achieve positive outcomes through key partnerships.
