CIRCUMSTANCES:
On Tuesday 20 February 1990 Lee Martin James Harper went to work at Sunmap as usual and left work early to consult a doctor. At 3.30pm on that date, Harper attended the Civic Fair Centre, Mount Gravatt where the last confirmed sighting of him was at the Chemist where he had his prescription filled after consulting the doctor.
