4. Advise how long ago the offenders left

Keep line open to police (Until they arrive)

Locate and identify any witnesses (if any witness cannot remain, obtain name, address and telephone number for police)

Start Armed Robbery Information Sheet and hand to police on their arrival (if applicable)
