8. Review
The Disability Service Plan is subject to review and evaluation. The QPS will evaluate its achievements against performance indicators and include the results in the Service’s Annual Report. Where required, the Disability Services Plan will be modified to accommodate priorities and needs. In addition, the QPS will conduct a comprehensive review of the Disability Service Plan after the first year of its operation and every three years.
