Queensland Police Service 2010 Disability Services Survey
The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is committed to providing a high standard of service to the Queensland community. To ensure the QPS provides the best quality services to people with a disability, it has developed a Disability Services Survey (
267.50K ). By completing the Survey, you will assist the QPS to improve the delivery of policing services to persons with disabilities, their families and carers.
In 2008, the QPS sent a similar Disability Services Survey through ten non-government organisations to determine the level of satisfaction of policing services for people with a disability, their families and carers. In this survey, 69% of respondents indicated they were satisfied with the QPS.
Your completion of the 2010 Disability Service Survey will provide more information to the QPS to track if results have changed since the 2008 survey. These results will help the QPS to improve and develop strategies which will then be published in the QPS Disability Service Plan 2010-2013. Results will also be published on this QPS website.
To ensure the QPS receives as many responses as possible to the survey, ten non-government organisations have agreed to help distribute it to its members.
The survey will be available from the first week in July until Friday 27 August 2010.
If you could please take the time to complete the Survey (
267.50K ), your valued responses will be greatly appreciated.
