    3. If the audible alarm is in relation to a Smoke/Fire alarm, please call Triple Zero, 000 immediately to speak with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service.

      If the audible alarm is in relation to a personal medical alert, please call Triple Zero, 000 immediately to speak with the Queensland Ambulance Service.

    4. Police have no authority to take action in relation to tools or mechanical equipment (e.g. pool pumps, air conditioners, compressors, generators). Please direct your complaint towards your local council.

    5. Revving an engine on the road is not a noise complaint as such. To place an online Hoon/traffic complaint, please click here or contact us on 13HOON (134 666).

    6. Police have no authority to take action in relation to road works. Please direct your complaint towards your local council.

    8. Police have no authority to take action in relation to barking dogs. Please direct your complaint towards your local council.

    9. Noise complaints about Defence activities should be directed to the nearest base to where the noise was heard. To call or write to a base, contact the Defence switchboard on 1300 333 362 (Australia), asking to be transferred.

      If you’re unsatisfied with the information provided or with having to write to the base, ring the Defence public enquiry line on 02 6127 1997. The details of the complaint will be taken and forwarded for investigation.

    10. Airservices Australia manages complaints and enquiries about aircraft noise and operation through its dedicated Noise Complaints and Information Services (NCIS). If you wish to make a complaint, you will need to go to the Airservices Australia website www.airservicesaustralia.com.au or contact them on 1800 802 584.

    14. Police are unable to take any action as to determine if the noise is unreasonable. Please direct your complaint to the Liquor and Gaming Office. Be advised they require complaints to be made in writing (including email) with the details of your concerns including dates and times of any incidents.     7. * There are two golden retrievers that are fenced in the back yard that are usually very friendly; They have a 6ft python snake that is kept in the living room; There is a medium sized aggressive dog that is not restrained.
    8. * Persons at this address have yelled abusive things towards neighbours previously; Persons at the address seem to get aggressive with each other when drinking
    9. * There is a baseball bat that is kept next to the front door; Persons at the address often keep knives in their pockets.
    10. * At the front entrance, use the intercom to reach the unit or night manager; Front gate is always secured however there is side gate access.
