If the audible alarm is in relation to a Smoke/Fire alarm, please call Triple Zero, 000 immediately to speak with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service.

If the audible alarm is in relation to a personal medical alert, please call Triple Zero, 000 immediately to speak with the Queensland Ambulance Service.

Noise complaints about Defence activities should be directed to the nearest base to where the noise was heard. To call or write to a base, contact the Defence switchboard on 1300 333 362 (Australia), asking to be transferred. If you’re unsatisfied with the information provided or with having to write to the base, ring the Defence public enquiry line on 02 6127 1997. The details of the complaint will be taken and forwarded for investigation.



Airservices Australia manages complaints and enquiries about aircraft noise and operation through its dedicated Noise Complaints and Information Services (NCIS). If you wish to make a complaint, you will need to go to the Airservices Australia website www.airservicesaustralia.com.au or contact them on 1800 802 584.
