- applicant's age at the time of the offence/s or conduct
- gravity of offence/s or conduct
- multiplicity of offence/s or conduct
- pattern of offences or conduct, which indicates behavioural problems
- specific problems involving alcohol, drugs or aggression, which indicate legally or socially unacceptable behaviour
- applicant's lifestyle, currently and since time of offence/s or conduct
- relevance of identified issues to the duties to be performed
