Reassessment / Review
The Service provides an opportunity for reassessment / review of a Suitability decision. This opportunity is available if the applicant can provide new information, facts or mitigating circumstances that may be relevant to the decision or processes.
The request for reassessment / review should be forwarded to:

Within 28 days of written notification of the Suitability decision.
Applicants are notified of the result of reassessment / review in writing.
