How do volunteers join the program?

Volunteers interested in joining the VIP program should contact the Regional VIP Co-ordinator in their police region or the State VIP Co-ordinator in Brisbane to obtain an application form and further information about the program.

How are volunteers selected for the program?

Applications are considered by local police who undertake a "short listing" process. Applicants who are successful at the interview stage will be invited to participate in the next available training program.
