Now that you have determined where the offender lives, please select the appropriate jurisdiction to make an official complaint to police.
NOTE: Please ensure a complaint is made via the Dispute Resolution Section of your respective Internet Auction provider prior to lodging a complaint with the appropriate jurisdiction. Your complaint will not be investigated by police until you have attempted to resolve your dispute via the Internet Auction provider. For more information, please refer to Step One.
