Ted Butler Community Service Award
Ted Butler Community Service Award
A community service award, the Ted Butler Memorial Award for Community Service is awarded to a graduating police recruit and a perpetual trophy is held at the Oxley Police Academy. Recruits are selected by their peers for community services performed in their own time. The award is presented at each graduation ceremony by Mrs. Rita Butler, wife of Ted Butler. Mrs. Butler is a long serving member of the CSP Inc.
