Reporting an Offence

For life threatening matters, crimes in progress or when the event is time critical, you should phone Triple Zero (000).  For all other matters you may attend, write or telephone your nearest police station. Please do not e-mail offence details.

The Queensland Police Service has TTY facilities located at the following sections to assist persons with disabilities.

Police Communications Centre, Brisbane

Calls to this number are received at the Brisbane Police Communications Centre.  

Crime Stoppers, Brisbane
  • TTY No. 3364 3681 (24 hours)

If you need police to attend an address or you need immediate police assistance do not call Crime Stoppers.
