Unable To Lodge Your Application in Person
Power of Attorney
Whilst the legislation requires applicants to lodge their Form 6 ‘Application to Renew Licence’ in person, under the following two scenarios a Power of Attorney may be able to lodge the application for you:
- Temporarily absent from Australia for a genuine occupational reason; or
- Temporarily a patient in hospital.
