Organisational Structure
The operations of the PCYC are officially overseen by a volunteer board of directors which includes serving or retired Police Officers and members of the community.
The board of directors are responsible for:
- Determining the direction and policy of the PCYC
- Management of the PCYC assets and investments
- Overseeing and ratifying the actions of management in the day-to-day business of the PCYC.
The operations of the PCYC branches are overseen by a branch management/advisory committee. The branch committee is responsible for determining the direction and policy of the branch.
The branch manager (Sergeant of Police) works with and reports to the branch committee and is responsible for implementing the policy set by the committee and the day-to-day running of the branch.
