Drink Driving Discussion Paper
Over 600 people have been killed as a result of crashes involving drink drivers in the eight years prior to 30 June 2009. This represents, on average, 22.9 per cent of all road fatalities in Queensland for that period.
As part of our commitment to working with the community, the Queensland Government has developed a discussion paper to gain input from the community on a range of possible drink driving initiatives. Click the link below to download a copy of the discussion paper. This webpage also contains a link to the on-line feedback form that can be used to provide comment on the proposed drink driving initiatives.
