NORTH BUDERIM NHW decided to mark their 10th anniversary by turning their normal meeting into a celebratory get-together occasion, in which members and office bearers, past and present would be able to mingle and exchange reminiscences of the past and plans for the future.

Guests included Superintendent Bob Welch, Senior Sergeant Chris Sang, Sergeant Di Kirkman, Liaison Officer Constable Adrian Smith, MP for Kawana Chris Cummins and Maroochy Shire Councillor Leigh Rowan.

After a short meeting, enlivened by entertaining speeches from all the guests, Area Coordinators Sandra Wolfe and Barbara Pringle cut the anniversary cake, generously donated by North Buderim Bakery and appropriately iced in green and white with the NHW logo. (Yummo!)
