Xmas BBQ Reminder
With the festive season planning underway, please be vigilant about your Neighbourhood Watch insurance responsibilities.
If a barbecue is to take place, it must be immediately prior to, or at the conclusion of, an official NHW meeting for members only, and persons who were likely to be at that meeting.
It cannot be a barbecue for the wider community, nor can it be advertised in any way other than through local NHW newsletters, and in the minutes of previous meetings.
An attendance register must also be kept.
The registration form at the rear of the booklet is perforated for easy removal and can be photocopied if necessary. More copies are available on request, therefore, please don’t hesitate to ask if you require extras.
