On Sunday 15th June Stafford 7 (Gordon Park) NHW invited members of the Metropolitan North Police Liaison Office to their meeting to speak about the roles and duties of QPS Police Liaison Officers (PLO’s) and how they can assist people of specific cultural backgrounds within the community.

TELECROSS
Neighbourhood Watch is all about making your community a safer place to live, and this includes looking out for your neighbours. Sometimes however we may have an elderly friend or relative living alone, who do not have the support of people close by to pop in and check up on how everything is going. One solution helping to make people feel safer in their own homes is the fantastic free service Telecross run by the Red Cross.
