George Pike - ANZAC of the Year

George Pike, long-time active Glass House Mountains NHWatcher and President of the GlassHouse Mountains - Landsborough RSL Sub Branch receives an award for Anzac of the Year 2003. This prestigious award was one of only 7 awards granted Australia wide. Keep on smiling George!

District NHW meeting

Sat 5 July bought North Brisbane NHW members together for the District NHW meeting. With a heap of presentations and training sessions on how to set up a NHW newsletter, and Personal Safety Strategies the morning was concluded with a Christmas in July lunch.

Stafford 5 NHW 10th birthday

Stafford 5 NHW soaked up the sun at Bradbury Park, and filled their tummies with a BBQ and cake to celebrate their 10th birthday in June.
