The 2003 NHW State Rally held in Townsville was once again a huge success with over 150 NHW and police representatives attending. Strong support for the program was also highlighted by the attendance of the Minister for Police, Minister for Emergency Service's, Mayor of Townsville and the Commissioner of Police.
