The Commonwealth Carelink Centre is a service designed to provide elderly people, people with disabilities and care providers with any and all the information needed to help people live independently in their community. Your nearest centre provides free information about services in your region such as community aged care, disability and other support services, household help, transport and meal services, day care and therapy services as well as support and services for carers.
The information provided by the Commonwealth Carelink Centres makes it easier for you to find care and support to continue to live independently in your own home.
