Preparation for the State Rally has begun! The Steering Committee in Townsville are well advanced in the planning. Even though Inspector Clare Murphy has moved on from us here at Crime Prevention, she leads the Steering Committee for the Rally and continues to fly the Neighbourhood Watch banner for us.
