Kedron (Hendra 4) NHW and their NHW Police Liaison Officer Sgt Karl Grundgeiger recently coordinated a Crime Prevention Expo at Bennelong Park, Kedron. Local residents and families enjoyed police displays, including a police motorcycle and vehicle, the PCYC interactive MacVan (Mobile Activity Centre) and Constable Clancy the Koala.

In attendance were Traffic Police, North Brisbane Crime Prevention, Volunteers in Policing, NHW Liaison Officers, local Member of Parliament and a local self-defence group who put on a display.

The day celebrated the instillation of a new community noticeboard made of recycled plastic, which will be used to display NHW statistics and any community alerts.
