Two Year Old Catches a Burglar with his Hand in the Cookie Jar!
A young NHWatcher from Coorparoo 3 set a record when she put her NHW skills to the test and foiled a robbery.
Joanna was being put to bed by her babysitter when she cried out "Look! Man". Her sitter looked out and saw two legs disappearing through the neighbour's window. She rang 000 and police responded immediately, surrounding the house. The burglar was found hiding in a wardrobe after ransacking the pantry and helping himself to some biscuits. The burglar had just been released from jail a few days prior.
Praise goes to Joanna, her babysitter and the police for responding so quickly. It just goes to show that you are never too young for NHW!
