CGU Sponsorship Signing

On Tuesday the 30th of March, the official sponsorship signing of the NHW program for the 2003 - 2006 period occurred. The signing ceremony was hosted by Police Commissioner Bob Atkinson, where he acknowledged the long term sponsorship of CGU.

CGU have been the proud sponsors of NHW Queensland since it's inception in 1988. The 2003 - 2006 sponsorship signing will bring about almost 20 years involvement in the NHW Queensland program. During this time they have contributed over $1.5M, and provided a free $10M public liability policy, which, as you may be aware in this day and age is a remarkable contribution.

At the ceremony CGU representatives, Mr Chris Lecky and Ms Penny Jenner were awarded the NHW Gold Lapel Badge for their services and commitment to the NHW program. It is appropriate recognition of the involvement and extra effort put into the program by Chris and Penny.
